This document consists of two parts. Part A is the Privacy Policy. Part B is the Cookie Policy, which explains cookies and similar technologies in more detail and should be read together with Part A. References in either Part to the “FXG Privacy Policy” or the “Joyplix Cookie Policy” are references to the corresponding Part of this document.
Part A — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FX GAMES FZ LLC (“FXG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you use our websites, games, applications, community and support features, Joyplix Portal, user wallets, Portal Coins, Partner Games, Partner-Sourced Content, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy (together, the “Services”). Individual Partner applicants, representatives, owners, personnel, and payment recipients should also read the Joyplix Partner Privacy Notice.
This Policy applies across our Services, including Joyplix features where available. Some data practices depend on the game, device, store, country, platform, account type, settings, integration, payment method, and third-party services used with a particular Service. Where a Service, platform, store page, Joyplix feature, Partner Game, or Partner notice gives more specific privacy information, that information should be read together with this Policy.
If you have questions or want to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at support@fx.gl.
1. Who controls your data
The controller of your personal data is FX GAMES FZ LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed by the Creative Media Authority, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (License No. B.L. 1313/26), unless another FXG affiliate is identified in a Service-specific notice.
For privacy requests, account deletion requests, and questions, contact:
Where applicable law requires us to designate a data protection officer, EU representative, UK representative, or other local privacy contact, we will make the relevant contact details available in this Policy, in a Service-specific notice, or by other legally permitted means. Unless we identify a separate privacy contact, support@fx.gl is the contact point for privacy requests.
2. What we collect, how we collect it, and why we use it
We collect data in three main ways:
- You provide it directly, for example when you create an account, contact support, use chat or community features, enter a contest, or submit other content.
- It is collected automatically when you use the Services, for example through game servers, device logs, analytics events, crash reports, cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies.
- It is received from third parties, for example app stores, platform providers, social login providers, payment processors, advertising partners, analytics providers, anti-fraud providers, Joyplix Partners, and other service providers.
The table below describes the main categories of data we may process. Not every Service collects every category.
| Data category | How data is captured | How we use it | Who it may be shared with | Typical retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Account and profile data, such as account ID, display name, username, email address, platform account ID, language, country, avatar, and preferences | Provided by you, generated by us, or received from platforms such as Apple, Google, Facebook, Steam, console networks, or other login providers | Create and manage accounts, provide the Services, restore accounts, authenticate users, personalize the experience, operate social features, prevent abuse, and communicate service information | Hosting providers, authentication providers, platform providers, support tools, anti-fraud providers, and internal FXG teams | For the life of the account, then deleted or anonymized unless we need to retain limited records for legal, security, dispute, or accounting reasons |
| Gameplay and service activity, such as progress, achievements, purchases of virtual goods, in-game currency, match history, game actions, leaderboards, rankings, session data, and interactions with features | Generated when you play or use the Services | Operate gameplay, save progress, provide multiplayer and social features, balance games, detect cheating, enforce our Terms, troubleshoot problems, improve the Services, and provide customer support | Hosting providers, game backend providers, analytics providers, anti-fraud providers, platform providers, and other players where the feature is public or social | For the life of the account or as long as needed to operate the Service; aggregated or anonymized analytics may be kept longer |
| Device, technical, and log data, such as IP address, device type, device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, operating system, app version, browser type, language, time zone, network type, crash logs, performance data, server logs, and diagnostic events | Collected automatically by our Services, servers, SDKs, cookies, app stores, and platform tools | Provide and secure the Services, diagnose errors, prevent fraud and abuse, measure performance, understand usage, maintain compatibility, improve user experience, and comply with platform requirements | Hosting providers, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, security providers, platform providers, and internal FXG teams | For as long as reasonably necessary for security, diagnostics, analytics, operations, legal, dispute, fraud-prevention, cheat-prevention, and Service-improvement purposes |
| Anti-cheat, abuse-prevention, and account-integrity data, such as device and hardware identifiers, account identifiers, IP address, gameplay telemetry, integrity checks, suspicious activity signals, reports from users, moderation decisions, enforcement history, and information about unauthorized software or tampering where collected by a Service or platform | Collected automatically by our Services, game servers, platform services, security tools, anti-cheat tools, moderation tools, and reports from users or partners | Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to cheating, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, exploits, security incidents, Terms violations, and platform policy violations | Platform providers, anti-cheat and security providers, hosting providers, moderation providers, law enforcement or regulators where required, and internal FXG teams | For as long as reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, platforms, and FXG, including for the life of an account and longer where needed for security, legal, dispute, or repeat-abuse prevention |

| Support and communications data, such as your email address, message content, attachments, support ticket history, device/account identifiers provided for troubleshooting, and our responses | Provided when you contact us or generated during support interactions | Respond to requests, verify account ownership, investigate bugs or complaints, restore accounts, enforce our Terms, and improve support quality | Support providers, hosting providers, platform providers where needed to resolve an issue, and internal FXG teams | Usually retained while the request is active and for a reasonable period afterward for quality, security, legal, and dispute purposes |
| User content and public/social data, such as chat messages, clan or guild information, profile text, posts, comments, usernames, avatars, replays, screenshots, tournament entries, and other content you submit | Provided by you or generated through social, multiplayer, community, or user-generated-content features | Provide social and community features, display public content, moderate content, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, operate competitions, and support gameplay | Other users where the feature is public or social, moderation tools, hosting providers, platform providers, and internal FXG teams | For as long as the feature, account, or community record exists; some public or shared content may remain visible or stored after account deletion where required for safety, integrity, legal, or technical reasons |

| Cookies and similar technologies, such as cookie IDs, local storage, SDK identifiers, and similar online identifiers | Collected when you visit websites or use Services that include these technologies | Keep Services working, remember preferences, analyze usage, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising or attribution where permitted | Analytics providers, advertising partners, hosting providers, consent-management providers, and internal FXG teams | Session cookies expire when the session ends; persistent cookies and similar identifiers last according to their configured lifetime or until deleted or reset |

Joyplix-specific data
Where you use Joyplix, we may also process information needed to operate User Wallets, Partner Games, Partner-Sourced Content, transactions, entitlements, and Partner accounts. This may include:
- Wallet, transaction, entitlement, and accounting records: balances, purchases, grants, redemptions, entitlements, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud-prevention signals, transaction identifiers, and related records required to operate and reconcile Joyplix.
- Partner Game operation data: a Partner-specific pseudonymous user identifier, activity and technical events generated within the relevant Partner Game, entitlement or redemption confirmations, and eligibility information where required for a specific feature or legal restriction. A display name, avatar, or similar profile field may be used where you choose a social or public feature. We use Joyplix-specific data to provide and secure Joyplix; maintain balances and entitlements; process transactions, refunds, reversals, and disputes; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal, tax, accounting, sanctions, and audit requirements; enforce applicable terms; and protect the integrity of the Services. Processing specific to Partner onboarding and administration is described in the Joyplix Partner Privacy Notice.
Joyplix-specific data may be shared with hosting, payment, platform, security, anti-fraud, support, accounting, and professional-service providers, relevant Joyplix Partners, authorities, and internal FXG teams, as described in this Policy and applicable terms.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health data, biometric templates, religious beliefs, political opinions, or precise location unless a specific Service clearly asks for it and explains why, where you choose to provide it, or where processing is required or permitted by law. Please do not post sensitive personal data in chats, forums, usernames, profiles, or other public areas.
If a platform payment flow, app store, device operating system, or wallet provider uses Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint authentication, passcodes, or similar biometric authentication to approve a purchase or sign-in, that authentication is handled by the relevant platform or device provider. FXG does not receive or store your biometric templates or face, fingerprint, or similar biometric data from those platform authentication flows. We may receive transaction confirmations, receipts, entitlement information, or a success/failure signal needed to provide the Service.
Payment providers, app stores, and similar third parties may process payment method data, transaction data, fraud signals, refund information, and chargeback information under their own terms and privacy notices where they act as independent controllers. Card and wallet payments made directly on Joyplix are processed by a third-party payment processor and, for card payments, a licensed card acquirer; they are identified at checkout, together with links to their privacy notices where those providers publish them. FXG does not receive or store your full card number. The payment processor, the acquirer, and their affiliates may process payment data on systems located outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Economic Area and the United States.
3. Legal bases and reasons for processing
Depending on your location and the applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract, when processing is needed to provide the Services, accounts, gameplay, purchases, support, and related features.
- Legitimate interests, such as operating and improving the Services, securing accounts, preventing fraud and cheating, enforcing our Terms, analyzing performance, and supporting business operations, unless your rights override those interests.
- Consent, where required for cookies, personalized advertising, certain marketing communications, access to device permissions, or other processing that legally requires consent.
- Legal obligations, where we must process or retain data for tax, accounting, regulatory, law enforcement, dispute, or compliance reasons.
- Protection of rights and safety, where processing is needed to protect users, FXG, partners, platforms, or the public.
For Joyplix, we may process personal data to perform our contract with you by operating User Wallets, crediting and deducting Portal Coins, delivering Partner-Sourced Content, maintaining entitlements, processing purchases, refunds, reversals, chargebacks and support requests, and providing Partner Games.
We may also process Joyplix-related data based on legitimate interests to protect Joyplix, prevent fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized transactions, wallet or promotion abuse, fake accounts, manipulation of our systems or Partner programs, misuse of Bonus Coins, and violations of applicable terms.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time through the relevant Service settings, device settings, platform settings, consent tools, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
4. Advertising, analytics, and third-party SDKs
Some Services may use third-party SDKs or services for analytics, crash reporting, attribution, advertising, anti-fraud, cloud hosting, multiplayer services, payments, and customer support. These third parties may collect data from your device or receive data from us as described in this Policy and in their own privacy notices.
Depending on the Service and platform, these providers may include analytics providers, advertising networks, attribution providers, app stores, platform providers, cloud hosting providers, payment processors, support tools, and security or anti-fraud providers. Current cookie and similar-technology providers are identified through the applicable consent or privacy controls where required by law.
We require service providers to process data only for permitted purposes and to use appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Third-party platforms and app stores may also process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
5. AI, machine learning, and automated tools
We may use automated tools, statistical models, or machine learning to operate and improve the Services, including for anti-cheat, fraud prevention, security, abuse detection, moderation support, matchmaking, personalization, analytics, crash analysis, quality improvement, and customer support triage.
We may use the outputs, scores, classifications, predictions, flags, recommendations, or other results from automated tools, statistical models, or machine learning to support decisions about the Services, including decisions about moderation, anti-cheat enforcement, fraud prevention, account integrity, security, matchmaking, personalization, ranking, eligibility for features, support prioritization, game balancing, and Service improvement. We use automated tools to support (not solely to make) decisions about safety, fraud, and account integrity. Where a decision affecting your account, purchases, or wallet balance would produce a legal or similarly significant effect and is based solely on automated processing, you may request human review and contest the decision, to the extent required by applicable law.
For Joyplix, automated tools may also be used to detect suspicious payment activity, chargeback risk, wallet or promotion abuse, fake accounts, unusual Coin activity, unauthorized transactions, and manipulation of Joyplix systems.
Unless a Service-specific notice says otherwise or you give separate consent where required, we do not use your personal data, private support messages, private chats, or non-public user content to train AI or machine learning models for purposes unrelated to the Services. Where you give consent, we may use additional categories of data, or use data for additional AI or machine learning purposes, as described in the consent flow. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data to improve models, analytics, game balance, safety systems, and Service performance.
Where applicable law gives you rights concerning automated decisions or profiling, you may exercise those rights as described in the “Your choices and rights” section.
6. When we share data
We may share personal data in the following situations:
- With service providers that help us operate, host, analyze, secure, support, advertise, and improve the Services.
- With app stores, platform providers, social networks, and payment providers when needed for login, purchases, entitlements, platform features, compliance, or support.
- With other users when you use public, social, multiplayer, leaderboard, chat, tournament, clan, guild, forum, or user-generated-content features.
- With advertising, analytics, and attribution partners where permitted by law, platform rules, and your choices.
- With the Partner that supplies the relevant Partner Game, only where necessary to operate that game or a feature you request. The default data set is limited to a Partner-specific pseudonymous identifier, activity and technical events generated within that Partner Game, and an entitlement or redemption confirmation. We may also share country or eligibility status where needed for a legal or feature restriction; a display name or avatar where you choose a social or public feature; or limited case-specific information where necessary to investigate support, security, fraud, or legal issues.
- With professional advisers, auditors, insurers, co-publishers, distribution partners, platform partners, event or tournament partners, marketing campaign partners, and other partners involved in providing a specific Service, feature, promotion, or transaction.
- With law enforcement, regulators, courts, app stores, platforms, or other parties where we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to enforce our Terms, necessary to protect rights and safety, or necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction involving all or part of our business.
- In aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form that does not reasonably identify you.
- In any other way that we describe to you, that you authorize, or that is required or permitted by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some advertising or analytics activity may be a “sale”, “sharing”, or targeted advertising under applicable US state privacy laws. Where required, you may opt out through a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” control, and we process recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), to the extent required by applicable law and supported by the relevant Service. We apply any additional consent and advertising restrictions required for known minors.
7. Public features and user content
Some Services include public or social features. Your username, avatar, profile information, gameplay statistics, leaderboard rank, clan or guild information, chat messages, posts, tournament results, and other content may be visible to other users or the public depending on the feature.
Public or social features are not private. You should not expect privacy or confidentiality for content or information you choose to post or share in public or social areas of the Services, such as public chat, forums, posts, comments, usernames, avatars, leaderboards, rankings, clan or guild information visible to others, tournament results, and other public or social content. Other users may view, copy, save, share, or re-post that content.
Some Services may include private messages or other private or limited-audience communications. Private or limited-audience communications are not visible to all users, but they are not end-to-end encrypted unless a Service-specific notice says otherwise. We may access, review, store, moderate, remove, or disclose private messages and limited-audience communications where reasonably necessary to operate the Services, provide support, enforce our Terms, protect users and the Services, comply with law, or investigate fraud, cheating, abuse, security, or technical issues.
Do not share personal data that you do not want others to see. We may not be able to remove copies of content that other users have viewed, copied, saved, shared, or re-posted.
We process user content to provide, display, moderate, secure, promote, and improve the Services as described in this Policy and our Terms of Service. The license you grant to FXG for user content is described in the Terms of Service.
8. Children and age requirements
We apply the digital-consent age, parental-consent requirements, age-assurance measures, privacy defaults, advertising restrictions, and parental rights required by the law and platform rules applicable to the relevant Service and user. These requirements may vary by country, platform, feature, and the age information reasonably available to us.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@fx.gl. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it or disable the related account, unless we are legally required or permitted to retain limited information.
9. Data retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information where the Services ask you to provide personal data, account information, age, country, contact details, support information, or eligibility information. We are not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized information that you provide, except where applicable law says otherwise.
Retention depends on the data category, Service, platform, and legal reason for processing. In general:
- Account and gameplay data is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services.
- Support records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable records of the issue.
- Server logs, security logs, crash reports, analytics data, and anti-cheat or account-integrity records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for security, diagnostics, operations, fraud and cheat prevention, abuse prevention, enforcement, legal, and improvement purposes.
- Purchase, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be kept longer where required or reasonably necessary.
- Joyplix wallet, transaction, entitlement, accounting, fraud-prevention, and Partner business records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary to maintain accurate records, resolve disputes, process reversals, meet legal or audit requirements, enforce applicable terms, and protect the integrity of the Services.
- Public or shared user content may remain where necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, technical integrity, or because it has been shared with other users.
- Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data may be kept longer because it does not reasonably identify you.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or restrict it from active use according to our retention practices and technical capabilities. Backups may retain data for a limited period before they are overwritten or deleted.
You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting support@fx.gl. Where a Service allows account creation in-app and is subject to platform account-deletion rules, we provide a deletion method required by the relevant platform. We may retain limited data after deletion where reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or repeat abuse, enforce applicable terms, maintain security and transaction integrity, process refunds or chargebacks, and meet tax, accounting, audit, sanctions, or compliance obligations.
Where data has been anonymized so that it no longer identifies you and cannot reasonably be used to identify you, we do not treat it as personal data under this Policy. We may use and retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for analytics, game balancing, business reporting, security, machine learning, and Service improvement, and we do not attempt to re-identify anonymized data except where necessary to test or validate our anonymization processes or comply with law.
10. International transfers
We are based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and our Services may be provided using servers, service providers, platforms, and partners located in the United Arab Emirates, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. In particular, payment transactions are processed by our payment providers on systems that may be located outside the United Arab Emirates (see Section 2).
When personal data is transferred internationally, we use safeguards required or permitted by applicable law. These may include contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, adequacy decisions where available, your consent where appropriate, and technical and organizational security measures.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit and encryption at rest where appropriate, logging, monitoring, security testing, backup controls, vendor review, and internal policies.
No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using platform and device security features where available.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law where it applies, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your personal data or account.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request a copy or transfer of certain data.
- Opt out of direct marketing.
- Opt out of certain advertising, tracking, sale, or sharing activities where applicable.
- Object to certain automated decisions where applicable.
- Complain to a data protection authority or regulator.
To exercise your rights, contact support@fx.gl. We may ask you to verify your identity and account ownership before responding. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
We may decline, delay, or limit our response to a privacy request where we cannot reasonably verify your identity, account ownership, or authority to make the request, where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, where responding would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others, or where an exception applies under applicable law.
You can also manage some choices through device settings, app permissions, platform privacy settings, app store settings, cookie tools, and in-game or account settings where available. You can opt out of direct marketing by using the unsubscribe link or instructions in the message where available, changing your account or device settings where available, or contacting support@fx.gl.
Opting out of direct marketing does not opt you out of service, transactional, legal, security, account, purchase, support, or administrative communications, such as messages about your account, purchases, safety, security incidents, changes to our Terms or policies, or Service availability.
Where applicable, you may also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office or another competent data protection authority.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law of your country of residence, including rights to refunds, remedies for non-conforming digital content, or rights of withdrawal. Where such rights apply, they prevail over any conflicting term.
13. Platform-specific controls
Your device, app store, and platform may provide additional privacy controls. For example, you may be able to reset advertising identifiers, limit ad tracking, manage App Tracking Transparency choices on Apple devices, manage Android advertising ID settings, control app permissions, delete platform account data, or manage connected social accounts.
Platform and payment providers may collect and process data independently when you use their services, stores, payment systems, login systems, achievements, multiplayer services, or device features. Their privacy policies govern their independent processing.
14. Cookies
Our websites and some Services may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies. We use them to operate the Services, remember preferences, analyze traffic, understand performance, prevent fraud, measure campaigns, and support advertising where permitted.
Where required by law, we request consent before using non-essential cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, attribution, personalization, or similar purposes. You can control cookies and similar technologies through browser settings, device settings, consent tools where available, platform settings, and in-Service settings where available. Some cookies or similar technologies are necessary for the Services to function.
More detail about the technologies we use, their categories, providers, and your controls is set out in the Joyplix Cookie Policy, which should be read together with this section.
15. Third-party links and services
The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or content from third-party websites, stores, platforms, social networks, payment providers, advertising partners, community services, Partner Games, Partner-operated services, and other services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or data practices of third-party services. You should review their privacy policies and settings before using them.
Some Partner Games may be created, operated, maintained, or supported by third-party developers, publishers, creators, or other Joyplix Partners. Where a Partner collects or processes personal data independently or through its own websites, servers, SDKs, accounts, support channels, analytics, community tools, or other systems, that Partner’s privacy notice may also apply. FXG is not responsible for independent privacy practices of Partners, except where applicable law says otherwise.
When a Partner receives personal data directly from FXG, the default data set is limited to a Partner-specific pseudonymous identifier and the technical, activity, or entitlement events needed to operate that Partner’s content. Additional fields are disclosed only for a feature the user requests or where reasonably necessary for eligibility, support, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Because Partner Games run in your browser or device, a Partner’s own servers, content-delivery infrastructure, or SDKs may receive technical connection data (such as your IP address and device or browser information) directly from your device when the game loads; the Partner processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. Partners act as independent controllers of data they receive and are contractually restricted from using it outside the permitted Joyplix purpose or for advertising, unrelated profiling, sale, sharing, brokerage, or AI training. Service providers acting for FXG are subject to appropriate data-processing terms where required by law.
16. Beta, testing, and pre-release programs
If you join a beta, playtest, closed test, early access, experimental feature, survey, research, or pre-release program, we may collect and use additional data such as feedback, survey responses, gameplay observations, diagnostics, crash reports, screenshots, recordings, technical logs, device and hardware information, performance information, bug reports, and communications about the test. We use this data to test, analyze, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and decide whether to change, release, or discontinue features or Services.
Beta and pre-release Services may be unstable, incomplete, or contain errors. You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal data in feedback, bug reports, screenshots, recordings, or test communications. Additional test terms or notices may apply.
17. Relationship to Terms of Service
This Policy explains our privacy practices. Our Terms of Service govern your use of the Services, including user content, account rules, platform rules, Joyplix Portal, Portal Coins, Partner Games, Partner-Sourced Content, purchases, refunds, chargebacks, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute terms, and other contractual terms, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Additional Joyplix Portal Terms, Payment and Refund Policy, Partner Terms, promotional terms, or other Service-specific terms may also apply where relevant.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required or appropriate.
19. Language
This Policy may be translated into other languages. If there is a conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Severability
If any part of this Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining parts will remain in effect.
21. Contact us
For privacy questions, rights requests, or account deletion requests, contact:
Please include the name of the Service, your platform, your account ID or player ID if available, and enough information for us to understand and verify your request.
Part B — Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how FX GAMES FZ LLC (“FXG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on Joyplix, our game portal at joyplix.com, and on related websites, pages, and services that link to this Policy (together, the “Services”).
FXG is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed by the Creative Media Authority, Abu Dhabi (License No. B.L. 1313/26), with its registered address at Yas Creative Hub, Building 4, P2, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (PO Box 769642). FXG is the provider and seller of record of all content, features, items, and services made available through Joyplix, including Partner-Sourced Content.
This Policy should be read together with the FXG Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data. Where this Policy uses defined terms without defining them, those terms have the meaning given in the FXG Privacy Policy, the FXG Terms of Service, or the Joyplix Portal Terms.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, we provide a consent banner or other privacy controls that allow you to accept, reject, or manage those technologies and that record your choices. The controls and current provider information available in the relevant Service are authoritative for the technologies then in use.
1. What technologies we use
We use cookies and a range of similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your choices, keep the Services secure, understand performance, and — where you allow it — measure and support advertising and attribution. In this Policy, “cookies and similar technologies” includes:
- Cookies — small text files stored on your browser or device by us (first-party cookies) or by a third party we allow (third-party cookies). Cookies may be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (which remain for a configured lifetime or until deleted).
- Local storage and similar browser storage — including HTML5 local storage, session storage, and IndexedDB, used to store preferences, session state, and technical data on your device.
- Software development kits (SDKs) — code integrated into our websites, applications, or embedded games that can read or write identifiers and send technical, analytics, or advertising data.
- Pixels, tags, and web beacons — small pieces of code or transparent images used to record that a page was viewed, an email was opened, or an action occurred, and to support analytics, measurement, and advertising.
- Device and online identifiers — such as cookie IDs, advertising identifiers (where available and permitted), and similar online identifiers used to recognize a browser, device, or session.
Some of these technologies are placed directly by us, and some are placed by third-party providers acting on our behalf or, where applicable, as independent parties. Current providers are identified through the relevant consent or privacy controls where required by law.
2. Categories of cookies and similar technologies
We group the technologies we use into four categories. Where required, the specific cookies and identifiers in use, their providers, purposes, and durations are shown in the relevant consent or privacy controls.
Strictly necessary. These are required to operate the Services, deliver features you request, and keep them secure. They enable core functions such as loading pages, routing traffic and load-balancing, maintaining your session, keeping you signed in, remembering items in a purchase flow, preventing fraud and abuse, protecting against attacks, and recording privacy choices. Where applicable law permits, they are used without consent and cannot be switched off through our consent controls; if you block them through your browser, parts of the Services may not work.
Functional / preferences. These remember choices you make to give you a more convenient experience, such as your language, region, display and accessibility settings, volume or gameplay preferences, and whether you have already seen a particular notice. If you reject these, the Services will still work but may be less personalized or convenient.
Analytics / performance. These help us understand how the Services are used — for example, which pages and games are visited, how features perform, where errors or crashes occur, and how we can improve. We use this information in aggregated or pseudonymized form to measure and improve the Services. These are non-essential and are used only with your consent where consent is required.
Advertising / attribution. These support marketing measurement, install and campaign attribution, frequency capping, and — where you allow it — personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising. They may be set by us or by advertising and attribution partners and may be read across sites and apps. These are non-essential and are used only with your consent where consent is required, and are subject to the opt-out signals described in Section 3.
3. Consent and how to withdraw it
Consent for non-essential technologies. Where consent is required, we use non-essential cookies and similar technologies only after you consent through the controls available in the relevant Service. Where applicable law permits another lawful basis, we may rely on that basis. Consent controls may allow you to accept, reject, or manage technologies by category.
Withdrawing or changing consent. Where consent controls are available, you can withdraw or change consent through the “Cookie settings”, “Privacy choices”, or equivalent control. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. A technology already stored on your device may remain until it expires or you delete it through your browser or device (see Section 5).
Recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable law and supported by the relevant Service, we process recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity for that browser or device. Such a signal may not carry over to other browsers, devices, or sessions.
Do Not Sell or Share. Depending on your location, you may also exercise choices through a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” control where we make it available. See the FXG Privacy Policy for details of these rights and how we handle them.
4. Current providers and details
We may add, remove, or change providers and technologies over time. Where applicable law requires provider-specific disclosure, the current list of cookies or similar technologies, providers, purposes, and durations is made available through the relevant consent or privacy controls. Do not rely on an archived or static copy of a provider list to identify technologies currently in use.
5. How to control cookies and similar technologies
You can control cookies and similar technologies in several ways:
- Service privacy controls. Where available, use the consent banner, cookie settings, or privacy controls to accept, reject, or manage non-essential categories and to withdraw or change consent.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, limit, or delete cookies and clear local storage, and some let you block third-party cookies or send opt-out signals such as GPC. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Services from working.
- Device settings. Your device and operating system may let you reset or limit advertising identifiers and manage app permissions — for example, resetting the advertising ID on Android, or using App Tracking Transparency on Apple devices.
- Platform and account settings. Where the Services are accessed through, or linked to, an app store, console, or platform account, that platform may provide additional privacy and advertising controls.
- Advertising and analytics opt-outs. Some advertising and analytics providers offer their own opt-out mechanisms through their privacy notices.
6. Retention of cookie identifiers
Cookies and similar identifiers are retained for different periods depending on their type and purpose:
- Session identifiers expire when your browser session ends or you sign out.
- Persistent cookies and stored identifiers remain for a configured lifetime or until you delete or reset them; where required, current durations are shown in the relevant privacy controls.
- Consent records are retained for the period needed to evidence and manage your consent choices and to re-request consent when required.
We aim to keep non-essential identifiers no longer than reasonably necessary for their purpose and re-request consent where required by applicable law.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies or providers we use, or in applicable law. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Where required, we may provide additional notice or re-request consent through the relevant controls.
8. Relationship to the Privacy Policy and contact
This Policy supplements, and should be read together with, the FXG Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data (including data collected through cookies and similar technologies), the legal bases we rely on, how we share data, international transfers, and your privacy rights and how to exercise them. Where this Policy and the FXG Privacy Policy address the same subject, the FXG Privacy Policy governs the treatment of personal data.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law of your country of residence. Where such rights apply, they prevail over any conflicting term.
If you have questions about this Policy or about our use of cookies and similar technologies, contact us at support@fx.gl, or for legal matters at legal@fx.gl.
